Michelle Spangenberg

Michelle joined TRC in early 2024 with a decade of expertise in consulting, strategy, and data analytics. She has worked both in-house and as a consultant across a variety of industries including construction, oil & gas, CPG, travel, healthcare and legal services. Prior to joining TRC she founded the strategic Analytics and Insights practice at a boutique customer experience consultancy focusing on corporate data strategy and execution. She's also worked extensively with F500 law departments and AMLAW200 law firms to guide them through pivotal business and data transformations.

Outside of work Michelle is an avid hiker and outdoorswoman and tries to get on backcountry trips as much as possible. She loves playing or watching any competitive sport, ranging from figure skating to football. Michelle holds a B.S. in engineering from Northwestern University.
