Alex has over a decade of experience delivering value creation, growth strategies, and structured planning across Fortune 500 companies, private equity portfolio companies, and startups.  His experience spans financial services, technology, energy, construction, and healthcare industries across global geographies.  Among successes as a management consultant, he delivered a multi-year global talent outsourcing program tied to over $120M in productivity initiatives for a PE client and efficiently exited a portfolio of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) at 28% below expected costs for a new acquisition.  In his most recent role as a Business Operations (BizOps) leader at a series E tech company, he was instrumental in implementing an annual strategic planning process, incubating strategic growth initiatives, and assessing GTM opportunities.

 

He and his wife reside in Austin, TX.  In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, skiing, cooking, and playing golf.

 

Originally from Fargo, ND, Alex holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a minor in Supply Chain and Operations from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
