Patrick Lelich
Principal
Patrick is a strategy consultant with over nine years of experience advising leadership teams on growth, commercial strategy, and value creation. He has led engagements across healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, and consumer sectors, helping organizations accelerate growth, improve profitability, and make critical go-to-market decisions.
Patrick also brings extensive international experience, having led consulting engagements across four continents, including extended project assignments in Japan, France, and Morocco. Working across diverse markets, cultures, and business environments has given him a practical understanding of the nuances involved in market entry, go-to-market strategy, and commercial growth on a global scale.
Outside of TRC, Patrick enjoys staying active through running, biking, and golf. He is also a Michigan sports 'super fan' and never misses a Wolverines football or basketball game.
Patrick holds a Master of Business Management from the Ross School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
