Lucas Kirma

Lucas graduated from Northeastern University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Computer Science.
He spent the first half of his senior year as a Co-Op at TRC Advisory before joining the team full-time.
While at Northeastern, Lucas also completed two other six-month co-ops, serving as a business analyst at Boston Beer Company and as an industrial engineer in a food manufacturing plant, gaining experience across both corporate and operational environments. He later served as an engagement lead in the Northeastern Consulting Group, where he led client-facing pro bono consulting projects.
In his free time, Lucas enjoys hiking, traveling, learning languages, playing board games, and trying new foods.
