Kaia Thelwell

Kaia graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology.
Prior to joining TRC Advisory, she completed a co-op at IBM Consulting, where she worked as a tech consultant. She then joined TRC as a co-op during her junior year before returning full-time.
While at Northeastern, Kaia served as the Director of Consulting for NUMAC, Northeastern’s only marketing consulting organization. In this role, she oversaw all client projects, trained consultants and project managers, and led recruitment and selection for prospective members. Her teams worked across a range of industries including food and beverage, retail, and fitness on projects spanning new product launches, website design and optimization, and sales growth campaigns.
In her free time, Kaia enjoys reading nonfiction, music, learning languages, and traveling.
