Dylan Balcer

Dylan graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Prior to joining TRC in a full-time role, Dylan interned at TRC and Allied Solutions, where he gained experience analyzing business performance and growth initiatives. 

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys traveling to new places, playing basketball, and listening to live music.
