Scott has several years of strategy consulting experience with TRC, specifically working within topics including profitability enhancement, manufacturing optimization, pricing strategies, market sizing, and the creation of strategic roadmaps. Prior to joining TRC, he managed inventory demand-forecasting & daily replenishment across 40 retail locations, including engineering the seamless adoption of a full-scale 3PL distribution model, and multi-channel customer and product analytics within a specialty retail chain. He also has experience within sales operations at a multibillion-dollar CPG organization.
Outside of TRC, Scott is an avid golfer and pursuer of non-specific knowledge which he uses to bring in a holistic perspective in all endeavors he takes on.
Scott graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a B.S. in Actuarial Science and has completed the first two actuarial examinations.
