Matt Romeike

Matt joined TRC Advisory in 2022 and brings with him a decade of experience across industries and functions.  Most recently, Matt managed Corporate Strategy for a Series E tech company where he led a team that developed and executed strategic initiatives such as addressable market sizing, pricing optimization, and business case development for new products and markets. Prior to corporate strategy, Matt covered the software sector for Deutsche Bank’s technology investment banking group, gaining experience across various corporate finance transactions including debt issuance, IPOs, and M&A.  Matt began his career in the oil & gas industry for Siemens Energy (formerly known as Dresser-Rand), where he held roles in project management, sales, operations, and product development as a member of the Engineering Management Acceleration Program.

When off the clock, Matt is likely to be on a golf course, passing the time with piano lessons, or enjoying a book on economics.  He and his wife are up early every Saturday and Sunday morning for Formula 1.

Matt graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
