Lucas Kirma

Lucas graduated from Northeastern University in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Computer Science.

He spent his last summer interning at TRC Advisory before returning to join the team full-time following graduation. While at Northeastern, Lucas also completed two six-month co-ops, serving as a business analyst at Boston Beer Company and as an industrial engineer in a food manufacturing plant, gaining experience across both corporate and operational environments. He later served as an engagement lead in the Northeastern Consulting Group, where he led client-facing pro bono consulting projects.

In his free time, Lucas enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, learning languages, and playing board games
