Lisa joined TRC in 2014 at the founding of the company, with her husband Tim, the managing director. She continues to operate in a number of facets, helping with administrative and human resources tasks as well as all company event planning. Concurrently, she works in a number of volunteer roles for her children's activities, helping to make the community a better place. Prior to her work at TRC and extensive volunteer work, Lisa worked as Vice President, National Merchandise Manager, and Store Manager at Nordstrom. At Nordstrom, she Managed multi-million dollar businesses, developed a customer-driven merchandise strategy for multiple women's apparel departments, developed and managed product assortments with outside vendors and within the Nordstrom Product Group, tailored buys to individual stores and markets throughout the country, and much more. She continues to apply her retail knowledge to TRC's consulting projects today.
Outside of TRC, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two boys, going out with her friends, and catching up on the latest Hallmark Christmas specials.
Lisa graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She was also a 3-time All-American award winner as a member of the gymnastics team at Cal State.
