Kyle is a strategy and transformation professional focused on driving value creation through digital, payments, and data-led initiatives across financial services and government organizations. His experience spans consulting and in-house roles, including at HORNE, where he has advised on and delivered initiatives to improve growth, efficiency, and operating model performance.

 

He brings a highly analytical and commercially grounded approach, helping organizations translate complex regulatory and operational challenges into clear strategic priorities and scalable solutions. Kyle has led cross-functional teams to design and implement payment platforms, operating model improvements, and automation programs that reduce costs, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making.

 

Kyle holds an MBA from Butler University and a BS in Accounting and Mathematics minor from Mississippi College. He was a collegiate football player at Mississippi College and a collegiate baseball player at both Mississippi College and Butler. Based in London, he enjoys rugby, running, hiking, and travel.
