Aydin Kadaster

Aydin has 25 years of experience leading strategy, transformation, and new business development across financial services, energy, industrials, healthcare, cleantech, consumer, and software sectors.  His career spans management consulting, founding and leading high-impact startups, and venture investing.

Aydin brings a distinctly entrepreneurial perspective and a strong ability to bridge strategy, finance, and execution.  Drawing on deep experience building next-generation businesses and technologies, he offers practical insight into how major shifts reshape industries and create new sources of advantage.  He has advised global companies, executives, and boards on growth, innovation, business model design, corporate development, and productivity.

Aydin has founded and scaled multiple businesses, including Buy It Mobility Networks (BIM), a payments and commerce platform serving the nation’s largest retailers, and has led a venture studio incubating new businesses for startups and large corporations.   He has also served on the board of Global Thermostat, a leading carbon capture company, supporting strategic restructuring and governance during a pivotal transition.

He began his career at Marakon, a strategy consultancy, where he advised Fortune 100 and private equity clients on strategy, growth, and turnarounds.  He holds a B.S.E. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Aydin is based in Southern California and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, international travel, improv, and rugby.
