Kaia is currently in her third year at Northeastern University in Boston, pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology.

Before joining TRC Advisory, she interned at IBM Consulting, where she worked on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, Kaia serves as the Director of Consulting for the Northeastern Marketing Association's consulting branch, where she trains others in marketing consulting and oversees client projects.

In her free time, Kaia enjoys reading, listening to music, learning languages, and traveling.
