Dan is a seasoned business advisor and strategist with 20 years of experience in sell-side M&A, corporate strategy roles with Applied Materials & Carrier Global, and strategic planning engagements with Fortune 500 C-Suite at TRC Advisory. He led pricing and digital transformation at an Advent International portfolio company which successfully sold to KKR, implementing dynamic pricing across the nation’s largest network of tanker cleaning depots.

Dan has experience across a diverse set of industries, with engagements that include corporate & business unit strategic planning, pricing, go-to-market design, new product introduction strategy, and corporate valuations.

A Magna Cum Laude Economics graduate from Connecticut College with professional Spanish proficiency, Dan has been a competitive ultramarathoner since 2005. Outside work, he enjoys running and exploring with his wife and daughter.
