Michael brings two decades of experience in commercial strategy, business development, and product commercialization across complex industries, including significant work in medtech and healthcare. He has led initiatives spanning product and portfolio planning, market access, partnership evaluation, and new product launches, helping organizations turn market insights into practical growth plans.

 

Prior to joining TRC Advisory, Michael held leadership roles at embecta, BD, and Stryker, where he supported executive investment decisions and led cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and drive sustained commercial growth. He is experienced in building data-driven business cases and aligning stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable performance.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, following the Mets, and perfecting his homemade pizza.
